Undertale is such an amazing game, and the characters are just the best. This picture does technically have spoilers, but it won't ruin the overall experience.

The only reason I could not bring myself to do genocide was because I loved Sans too much,(not in a boney way,I swear!) He really resonates with me, the fact that he seems like a deadweight goof, only to figure out that he works his non-existant ass off in multiple timelines, trying to protect his brother, and the underground- then figures out a flower resets everything.

The fact that he still has humor and exercises kindness to the player is such a heartwarming thing to me, y'know? Being seen as lazy, even though he's such a hard worker. How could I ever bring myself to kill him? I am confident in the fact that almost anyone could complete a genocide run if the challange was the only obstacle, you just need to memorize the attack patterns and have patience. But killing Sans? No fucking way! Not because his battle is hard, but because he is your friend. If you did manage to complete a genocide run then I am impressed by your determination, you sinner.
