Why or where he's hitchhiking? I really don't know. I started this in my U.S. history class after I took the test. At first, I was thinking what to draw, and Arlong just popped in my mind. But, I didn't want to pull out my (CWR's) Shounen Jump and look for reference. But it made me think of his weird little anklet-y things he wears. They look like those things that hula dancers wear (for all of you hula-fanatics out there, don't correct me. My ignorance is fine with me), then I got that song from Lilo and Stitch stuck in my head. Then, all of a sudden, Bandit Keith, Arlong, Don Krieg, Bonz, and Raphael were all doin' the hula (complete with grass skirts and flowery necklaces) in my head. It made me giggle
....hysterically
.....loudly....Well, I tried, and Bonz's figure always came out too feminine or too masculine.....It ws creepy. Like I kept slapping his poor face on a body builder's body, then a super model...
So, ~CrowWhiteRaven came up with the brilliant comment "Why do you have him hitchhiking?" So I did.

The shading was done during my Global Studies and English III classes. Wanted to draw a bunch of pictures of that little girl, Pearl, from the Scarlet Letter, getting horrible maimed all over the background, but the teacher seems like one to report the smallest things to the counselors, or at least have a little "chat"

I had the hula dancing and tractor rides flouncing (Ha, I'm using your words, CWR!) about my mind during English today, giving me some major giggle fits. Somebody who would be obsessively watching my every intake of breath (I swear, there's a girl that does that in my class...She's creeeeeepyyy

Ah, that's such an awesome picture of Bonz! ^.^ You so rarely ever see fan art for this guy... But I love the shading--that looks great! ^^ (Especially on the clothes; clothes are so difficult to shade, if you ask me >.< ).
Lol... And so do I take it that you're reading the "The Scarlet Letter" in your English course? I never got around to finishing that book, myself.

Yeah, we're read "The Scarlet Letter"...well, now we are. Before we were just watching the "movie" (aka, some PBS 4-parter with horrible acting, screwed up sound, and the camera work being like a home-movie). We'll see when we get more into the book if it's really the character of Pearl I hate, or just that little girl in the show
