Description A request from my brother-in-law. This is the setting of a book he is currently in the planning stages of creating. I don't normally do backgrounds or sceneries. They are kind of intimidating for me. But, though not perfect, it went better then I expected. I may have to try this again sometime. Lots of different brushes used.

Wow! I am seriously impressed! You did an amazing job with this background! Β Very very amazing! I personally hate doing scenery, and I'm blown away by your ability to do this.

Thank you! There were a lot of different photoshop brushes involved. Grass brushes, building brushes, etc... so I did have some help. I really am not that good at scenery!

Thank you!! I could use a few lessons from you, though! Haha! I feel my backgrounds are very skeletal in their definition, contrast, etc. I also need more patience. That would help, too! XD Haha!

Great buildings- this is an incredibly landscape and very well integrated with those brushes- I love the brushstrokes in the foreground with the varying shades of grass- nice piece!

Thank you so much! I am so glad you like it! It was a nice challenge! I am not completely happy with it, because I feel it is missing things; finishing, definition, etc... But, there is always something to improve on right?! Haha! Thank you, dear!

Thank you!! I am so glad you like it! I feel so lost with backgrounds so it was a good challenge for me. I wish it had more.... not sure what it is... definition or contrast maybe? I need to work on these types of things more.

Thank you! They are scary! Haha! I probably will always be afraid of them! Thankfully, this one turned out better then I expected it to. I think I will attempt again, sometime in the future!
