ask me the difference? if they pass i cant legally answer you because i learned that information in an art class i paid for. this applies to any knowledge you get from a class you paid for...so how are you supposed to do your job when your boss mine as an example would ask me "whyd you choose copic over prisma" to which i could answer "because copics too.s have a nib that makes it more paintbrush like dries in thin layers so i can use the same maker to create shading"....but thatd be illegal to...BECAUSE....read about that in a book.....that i paid for....
you see how this will ALL fail if they pass this. its the fastes way to control our freedom of speech control what we're allowed to say....

Ok so this time the internet is in BIG TROUBLE!!!! For some reason this bill of copyright is being passed on to the internet, that also includesDeviantart, and especially Youtube! So all of our OCs or any thing else we do that are based on video games, shows, ect. so once this bill is passed our OCs and anything else we do will be BANNED to the public and the internet. Not only that Deviantart will be shut down!! FOR GOOD!

Stop SOPA 2013
In 2012 the Online Privacy Act was brought fourth to congress to be passed which would have negatively affected everyone on the internet as a whole. The people fought back and it never happened. Several times now since then it was revised under a different title with changes and tweaks to the wording to again try to get it to pass without the general public knowing about it. Each time it was found out, and then repealed.
Here we are in 2013 and again dealing with a portion of SOPA, this time the streaming of copywritten works is at the forefront of this particular law to be. If a particular stream contains any copywritten material of any sort the uploader and creator of said content can be found guilty and automatically placed in prison for years on felony charges.

It was made more quietly and Google and other huge internet companies are not speaking up and informing people on it. Not to mention the President's massive push for it to be passed silencing the media. Thank Anon and Wikileaks for disclosing information that should not have been hidden in the first place.

Plus, I think there isn't enough people knowing about the ACTA existence. My colleague haven't hear anything about it !!!
Talk about it with ALL your relative -- family, friends, neighbours, guests, colleagues, workmates, customers...
Everybody MUST know what is ACTA, and its impacts -- ALL of them, not only about internet (authors' rights whom are NOT copyright, whom are DIFFERENT from copyright, but even about medical search against patents, copyright vs satirical cartoons and then freedom of expression...).

thats why its important for us to protest this and fight it. say you bought a harry potter movie...and you wanted to watch it with your friends at a pizza party....if any of these acts pass....that pizza party will become illegal because only you paid for the movie your friends didnt pay for it...

You made your point correctly. Bills like that will cause facism not only for US citizens but for the world as well. It's like the US will become a dictator itself. These bills go against the Bill of rights and the decloration of independence. Plus I learned allot from the videos from YT and how they have informed me of these facist bills devised by the government. Besides, the US gov. went beyond their juristiction to shut dowm the owners of Megaupload in New Zealand which I thought was way too far. That guy who owned that site hardly did anything wrong. (I blame the irrasponsible users, not that guy) And he lost just about every piece of property he owned too because of this. We need to let the US gov. know we will not stand for this or their injustice actions.

Technically you wouldn't be considered a criminal unless you did it after SOPA was passed. It's in the Constitution that they can't attack you for the "crime" before the law was in place.

alot of countries are starting to enstate the rules and regulations of ACTA already thats why its important to fight it right now. the rules and such have been being negotiated since 2008 which is why canada and europe are starting to put up the laws to start enforcing it despite it being passed yet

yea the 2012 thing is nonsense too because all those calender state is that they didnt go any further than that. hooooowever i am starting to wonder because these laws that are trying to be passed are matching up with the new world order crap....sooo ionno i think its because they just never got around to making the calender go further...i mean they were already thousands of years ahead of their time they couldnt see past a certain point im certain. but ...ionno things are starting to heat up and look kinda scary....
ive resolved to a point at saying ill always fight for the right thing. this might sound extremist but my life is null when it comes to ideals i will fight for the ideas because whats the point in living if i cant have the rights to live...id rather die fighting than live a coward. so even if it is the end of the world or whatever nonsense is out there...its ok. im at peace with myself and im fighting for the right thing. as long as i have those two certainties than im ok no matter what gets thrown at me

according to ACTA TPPA SOPA and PIPA i shared information i paid for...just so happens it was in the form of a picture...so...yeah lol according to the government its a total crime...like j-walking...except the punishment is higher....
obviously you can see why im fighting against them for this...i shouldnt have to actively think about whether or not the infromation coming out of my mouth is allowed to be shared or not. thats obstruction to my freedom of speech
originally thats how i got the idea for this picture. because i told my friend in a text message i wasnt intending to use ebony on the picture i was working on which was why i didnt have a border. than i realized i only know that because i learned it in an art class at my school at the time which meant i was violating all those regulations they keep trying to pass. pathetic isnt it.
