Well, I said that closer to the movie release I'd do some of the other characters. I thought for Victoria, it would be appropriate to have her engaged in some Vitorian task, and then it hit me, there's nothing more properly ladylike and Victorian than needlepoint, but of course, with a properly Burton twist
Victor will be the next one up, I'm thinking next month to space things out, and then if I'm figuring things right from what I've seen, one more character portrait in September just in time for the release.
Medium: Linework done with Copic multiliner and brush pens, painting done in Painter 8

Whoo! I love the fact you're doing a set of these - the colour-work in the theme of the film itself, the wonderful boarders you've made for them...they'll look lovely side-by-side. <3 the little stitches on the flower are a beautiful touch!

It'll be interesting to get an idea of Victoria's personality once we get closer to the CB release date. The promos so far haven't really shown much of her. I love the stitched bordering going around the image. Cute! I like how there's just a faint blush of color in the image, it seems really true to what I've seen of the movie so far!
