Hummm ... Magoa is really powerfull magician, good for the fight, he can regenerate (like Buu and Namekian, but better), deform his body (like Buu and Namekian, but better), cloning himself (like Buu), absorb enemy attacks, manipulate different element.
Pure strength, Magoa is 20/25% Beerus
Magic Power, 30/35% Beerus
I didn't yet give number scale for his power, but he would be something like 130/150.000.000.000

the feral form is about as strong as ssj3 goku and is just an angry base of baikana with red eyes lol
