weapons and skills: dual blistas
a weapon thats effective for both stabbing and slicing, made with ariculyte the strongest metal known to man and can only be forged by lightning, yuki's skills with blistas are second to none combining it with her commander level speed makes her extremely deadly she also has several stealth weapons in her arsenal, a small semi automatic handgun in her boot and thick retractable metal wire in her sleeve for choking her enemys from behind.

powers: chameleon - the ability to borrow another psycics ability for 10 minutes at a time

summary: yuki is an e.p.s.u commander, commanders and ranks higher up can be recognized by by there lack of sufficient body armor replaced by black coats this signify's there rank and also the fact that commanders are said to be on a skill level that makes them bulletproof so heavy armor isn't needed and becomes a liability.

commander yuki pretty much hates everyone and everything that is cheerful, she enjoys destroying things that look pretty or girly, writing dark poetry and making people feel depressed, she has a knack for doing things over the top when there is a simple solution (example- when going to raid a house or faclity she prefers to kick the door off the hinges rather than open it by turning the knob her logic? "if its not your house why waste time opening the door when you can kick it down and not waste time turning the knob again to leave) she can always be seen hanging out with yashui leaning on his shoulders and holding hands as if they were the best of friends although strangely the two resent each other with a passion and enjoy making the other suffer, its a odd friendship that cannot be fully explained. There are rumors that yashui's cheating on his "current" girlfriend "allisen" with her although no one can prove it, of all the things she hates takashi tops the list she hates the way he screws everything up, she hates the way hes always cheerful and ready to forgive, she also hates more than anything the fact that everytime he touches her or grabs her even if its by accident, her entire body gets warm and she goes red in the face, it makes her feel all tingly and bubbly and she cant explain it........she hates him even more for that simple fact.....
