Erza would finish her conversation with Mirajane as she began to walk away, only to notice Simon.
"Oh, hello Dr. Simon." Erza said.

“ Hello Erza , I’m sorry to interrupt but I think I owe you an important conversation. And after speaking with Marakov about it , I believe it best to do sooner than later. May we speak somewhere private?”

Simon would leave from the guild along with Erza. Mentally ordering his girls to be cautious and watch out to see if they are followed out. He continues to walk through the town leading Erza.
“ So Erza it looks like I owe you a lot, an explanation, a reason, and most importantly a lot of apologies. I know you are suspecting me of something sinister but I want you to know that I’m willing to pay for everything that’s happened all I ask is that you hear me out,”

Erza, at the mention of what Simon wanted to talk about, frowned and folded her arms over her chest.
"I just want answers. I know we fought, and based on what you're saying now and my gut feelings it wasn't just a friendly spar. I'm willing to hear you out, but you have to be honest with me." Erza explained.

As they are talking Simon subtly starts to activate Erzas hypnotic Necklace. You see she wasn’t really awake only because Simon needed her to be normal he allowed her this false freedom of mind but now that she is defying him he’ll slowly but surely put her back into trance, as to not get her guard up.
“ The truth is that we did meet before and we did have a slight confrontation but not for what you may think”

Erza's eyebrows frowned as she felt this...surge through her body again as Simon spoke.
"Oh really? Then what was it..." Erza said, trying to take her mind off the surge as she focused on Simon.
(Just realized I should have had someone probably question the necklace Erza is wearing LOL)

*Erza clutched the side of her head as Simon spoke, as if she had taken a couple shots though she swore she had not done so. Erza tried to push that feeling aside as she focused on Simon*
Hiding from your past solves nothing. I apologize for the accusation, but you must understand how I can be suspicious now that I know of what you've done to me. More importantly, I can't help but worry over what you might be teaching Wendy with this hypnosis passion she's developed.

Erza clutched her head again, finding the reasoning Simon made to be perfect valid. Which was odd, and what was with this dizziness? Like she took another shot or something, but Erza again told herself she had not been drinking.
"I respect you wish to right your wrongs, I think a fair place to start would be to inform the guild of what you had done. Wendy included." Erza said.

Erza would nod her head, again clutching her head as if she took another shot. This whole thing was such an odd feeling, even if Simon's words were offering a level of reassurance.

Simon grabs her his eyes filled with the hypnotic energy that starts sending her back to a familiar place.

Erza cluched her head as her eyes locked with Simon's hypnotic own and she felt his words take over.
"R-remember who I am? Yes...I remember...I belong to you...I am..." Erza said, however...
Her artifical eye began to shine, her magic began to surge as Erza shook her head.
"...I am...Erza Scarlet!" Erza yelled in a surprising act of defiance as she aimed a knee to the gut.
(Sorry, couldn't resist. Simon should still be able to talk her out of this, in theory.)

He dodges before grabbing her from behind and whispers in her ear.
“ Yes you are your my precious Erza Scarlet who likes to fight without thinking, who foolishly tries to think for herself. That’s why I love you so much Erza you do exactly when I want by fighting me and you love giving me what I want which is you”

Erza would respond with a swift back kick aimed between Simon's legs. Her head shaking to try and block out Simon's words.
"Scum like you, will never understand true strength!" Erza said as, after the kick would connect, she would try to grab Simon's arm and attempt to flip him over her and on the ground.

He poofs away from your “Low blow” but does get grabbed and flipped to the ground.
“ Oh yeah that feels great your resistance, that strength is what attracted me to you and fairy tail in the first place Erza and if you would have honored our agreement your friends wouldn’t also be mine now”

"Quite spouting that tripe! You never intended to honor anything, you know nothing of honor!" Erza said as she summoned a sword, a shake of her head again, before looking to try and stab Simon's side

He says as he sits into two different versions of himself around your strike.
“ Being alone from the beginning! Having only your abilities to rely on and being hated because of them. So I decided to use powers just for me . But no the one time I wanted to have some fun you had to break your promise oh so honorable knight. But jokes on you your resistance only entices me more. “

"You are a fool. You think being alone is an excuse for this. I was alone once two, and I've met plenty of future friends who felt they were alone, they never resorted to this!" Erza said as she fired a couple swords at both Simon's.

The left dodges and gets up and extends a hand towards Erza. Using all his hypnotic power of himself, the necklace, and the mind alteration he attempts to turn Erza into his mindless space once again.

Erza grabs Simon's hand, trying her best to fight the hypnotic attack as her artificial eye shines brightly and her will fights off the power.
However, Erza is unable to launch any sort of counter attack and can only clutch your hand tight, squeezing it as she shakes her head and focuses on the mental battle to try and resist.
How long she could resist, or whether she could resist at all were the real questions.

he he says using all his might to subdue Ezra mentally best he can, his knows starts to bleed as he grows more frustrated and desperate.

Erza bit her lip as she clutched her hand tightly around Simon's pressed against her head, trying to fight Simon's hypnotic control with all her remaining willpower and her artificial eye shining brightly.
"B-bullshit! Scum like you...doesn't know what it means to be a mage of Fairy Tail!" Erza yelled in defiance, as she none the less struggled to keep Simon from regaining control in a true battle of wills.

“ Your right I don’t but with your and your friends approval I will. Don’t you eat that Erza? You and your friends all happy and together, isn’t all this pointless fighting and resistance so tiring? Wouldn’t it be better if you just rested?”

Erza grit her teeth and attempt to use her free hand to deliver a gut punch to Simon during their mental battle of wills, it lacked its usual strength but it was still by no means a kiddy punch.

He rubs the side of her cheek.
