Maybe Bazett as a master? As far as Servants go maybe either Lancer from Grand Order or Ruler from Fate/ Apocrypha.

Hum...how about Sakura/Shielder, Bazett/Rider and OC/Ruler? Sakura seems more passive than Rin and would rather defend than fight. Bazett goes on missions and stuff and as such Rider's skill and riding around would be useful. And we can make our OC anything to fit Ruler.
