Uniform concept for the confederates in the DnD setting.In this setting the Confederacy successfully seceded from the Union. Now the Union has lined up soldiers on the border with the outbreak of war in the old war. The confederacy outgunned and under-supplied has made up with what it can, but unlike the Union has no reliable allies with the Eucadians and Nords invading the Lagotians and Galbanic. With the world going to shit, the confederacy digs in and prepares for the worst.

In the setting slavery died out anyway pretty much after the civil war. It wasn't economically stable as with improvements in vehicles, farm equipment, techniques, make it entirely cheaper to just hire a couple of farmhands rather than pay for food to feed dozens of slaves.
The racial divide still exists, but slavery is dead

Segregation still existed though. It really only went away after ww2. And the south is probably one of the least racist places since during JFK's (i think?) presidency they put such an emphasis on the south, while ignoring the North. but that all really came around after ww2

this is on of my frvriot examples, the union had to force there man almost at gun point to work with black solders, the south not so much.
Nathan Bedford Forrest took 48 of his slave to war & said "Boy's if we win I'll set you free, if we louse you will go free any way". only 2 of them left the reast stayed, some of them were even in his elite body guard's

I'm not doubting there were slaves in the army. But that's because the south was getting so low and desperate for manpower that they offered freedom and other amenities to them to fill the ranks. There were slaves that fought in numerous armies throughout history for freedom, it's nothing new. Racism and segregation still stayed the same.

i highly recoment looking up the senario for inspiration. 191 is the timeline created by Harry Turteldove in his southern victory series.
its proably one of if not the best confederate victory timeline.
(it also is completely free from lost cause myths wich is a massive bonus)
i thought you had for the look of you confederate uniform reminds me of the butternut uniforms ussed in the timeline.

if you just want the senario you can just look it up on youtube.
Althernate history hub and tigerstar did a senario marathon
but the Talknate histroy podcast did a few vids on the series in depth.
(they dont ruine the stories, at least for me)
