Figure he might be another one of the 'Top Tier' Mercenaries in the Free Colony Zone or something. Probably gonna hafta update the Terran Raven helmet to be that one since I concepted the original RAVENs a few years ago and never quite accepted their look. How he got a RAVEN helmet idk, gifted it, killed someone for it, stole it, leave that to the imagination.
Less like an assassin, more of a Tank. Got them gud cybernetic leggies there.
