Description
It's finally here, the extra-terrestrial clone of Godzilla and the God of Destruction; SpaceGodzilla.

Now to get right to basics, the base of this was worked from the composite godzilla design itself. I did this as a design choice to make my spacegodzilla look almost exactly like godzilla, but at the same time still different enough to tell him from the original.

This design takes ques from the original heisei design, a bit of Godzilla Ultima (with the extra fangs), a bit from Matt Frank's Godzilla Neo design, and it even takes stuff from it's previous concept designs as well as a fan made legendary spacegodzilla design.

The fan made legendary design as well as certain images of the concept designs I used for the design come from . Just Type in spacegodzilla in the search on his gallery and you'll see the designs that I used and how I implamented them.

I also took some designs from Pacific Rim Kaiju. Specifically the glowing body lining they're usually see with. Thought it would be a cool feature to add to give a bit more of an alien-ish look.

And lastly, I didn't make this spacegodzilla's shoulders that hold the large crystals as big as they usually are since I wanted this spacegodzilla to be both dangerous in direct combat as well when it's not using it's corona beams, telekinesis or crystals in more distant combat.

Next will be Bagan's 3 Sacred God Forms.

(Update: 9/17/2021).

Added a few more spiky edges, changed the tail crystals to have them match a little more with the other crystal parts of the body, sharpened the bottom teeth and the "tusks" near the mouth and added more glowing spots on the chest.

I further updated spacegodzilla again, this time, I took some design cues from Arch Belial to add additional crystals and spikes on the body.

(Update: 12/21/2023).

Yep, after 2 years, I went and updated the design again. This time with me redesigning more than just the crystals, I removed certain things, changed the shape of certain things and even the colors. During the process of doing the colors of this spacegodzilla, I decided on giving him a purple under belly but still having a shade of red over the chest for certain reasons. Where as with the crystals, I decided on a rose quartz color because after looking at it, I thought it'd go well with the blue and purple colors. I personally think it works.

As you can see, the design looks more consistent with the redesigns of my composite godzilla while still trying to have things digger in places. I wanted to keep the glowing symbols, but I felt they couldn't fit with the new version of the design i was doing and I couldn't think of how I could fit any versions of them anywhere. And yes, I did take ques from the evolved Godzilla design from GxK.

I also made a version of it where I gave SpaceGodzilla predator-like mandibles to implement a bit more alien features onto him. I asked people on twitter and servers if it should just be the go to design for him, but since I got not a single answer, I just decided to just make the mandible one separate.
