Description
The year of 2019 was when Godzilla finally re-emerged; the dinosaur engaged the newly-upgraded G-Force before being locked away in ice for another year; 2020 was what became known as "Final Wars".

After Godzilla Junior, Kamacuras, Kumonga, Ebirah, Hedorah, Megalon and Gigan were unleashed, Admiral Gordon led the warship Gotengo to free the trapped Godzilla. Once freed, the dinosaur intently followed the vessel after disposing of Gigan, who had been sent to stop the Gotengo from freeing the dinosaur, looking for revenge; luckily for the crew of the vessel, the beam of light caught his eye, as did the form of Godzilla Junior, a mind-control mechanism in his ear.

The faster animal charged forwards, and leapt over Godzilla's own thermonuclear breath. As fast as he could, Godzilla ducked down and lashed out with his tail, disorienting the smaller animal and causing it to smash back-first into the Sydney Opera House. The impact jolted loose the mechanism and caused it to fall to the ground and break, freeing Junior from the control of the Xians. The two kaiju would make short work of Kamacuras and Kumonga in New Zealand, and Ebirah and Megalon went down fairly easily in Yokohama. Hedorah took a bit of work to kill, but the smog beast was destroyed on the outskirts of Tokyo. This left only Gigan, now upgraded with chainsaws, better armor and faster systems...before a meteor struck the earth, unleashing another monster; the planet-destroyer Death Ghidorah. Towering over the other kaiju, Death Ghidorah proved a challenging foe; almost killing Godzilla. Gigan proved dangerous, as well; nearly cutting Junior's head in two on a few occasions. However, Junior's cunning led to Gigan cutting off one of Death Ghidorah's necks, and then getting blown up by Godzilla Junior's Spiral Ray. The fight with Death Ghidorah was long and brutal, but ultimately the two dinosaurs managed to destroy the dragon with a super-charged Spiral Ray. The two kaiju, and the other kaiju survivors of Final Wars, went back to Monster Island and have rarely been seen outside of it since.
