Description I've done this for a (for the moment) secret project of mine, the contents of which I will not disclose untill it is complete. Used the 2014 design as a base, but this could apply to every Godzilla. There's another one coming right after this one, but that other one has the other attempt at an American Godzilla* as it's subject, not this one.

*not the hannah-barbera or marvel ones, though. >_>
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A legend for those who want it:
1 is the brain (controls actions of the entire system, and is further back in the skull to lessen the risk of damage in a fight).
2 is the stomach (with radioactive stomach acids).
3 is the heart (provides enough blood to the system to power it).
4 is the napalm glands (which produce napalm, obviously; the reaction of which ignites the radiation-laden stomach acid and causes the glowing effect on the dorsal scutes).
5 is the produced thermonuclear heat ray.

In the 2014 Godzilla film, it is known that all super-fauna like Godzilla, MUTOs and the other giant creature in the Philippines fed on radiation, later having to burrow underground and absorb the radiation from the earth's core. Something that was carried over, to an extent, from the Heisei Godzilla films. It's safe to say that Godzilla doesn't exactly seem like a burrower, and dwells in the ocean most of the time, so his lineage may have lived around divergent plate boundaries where upwellings from the mantle pushes magma to the surface forcing the plates apart. That or there was at one time a great wealth of uranium deposits. Plasma is the fourth state of matter, meaning it was an element that was pressurized and heated under extreme forces. Stars are made of Hydrogen Plasma, and even then a great amount of energy is needed to produce it. To create Uranium plasma, you would probably need the heat of a blue supergiant 1000 fold. No such heat or pressure has been seen since the big bang. I doubt that it could ever possibly be radioactive plasma. It's probably a new form of energy all together, a blast of pure radiation, maybe even a laser. What's the likelihood that there could be prisms or crystals in any part of his system? We don't know, it's just another piece of biology un-replicatable by modern technology, or something that would take years of research to understand.

Anyway, interesting diagram!

Radioactive plasma is a thing? huh..interesting, that does explain why it didn't do much damage to femuto, cause plasma is overall electricity.

Well, it doesn't apply in some regards to LegendaryGoji. Why?

Well, in the novelization, it's explained that the atomic breath that Godzilla used on the Female M.U.T.O. is extremely intense plasma created by using his atomic energy to ionize gases, which he then releases, explaining its flame-like properties and shorter-looking range.

Sound logical.
