Description
This was made for a book I'm making as a "thank you" present for all the guides who have made this last rafting season so memorable.Guide vs. Trainee, part I in a three part series. Basically there are a lot of skills peripheral to actually guiding a boat that a guide has to be good at. One of these is catching things, notably bottles of water and paddles, and occasionally the car keys. This was based on a real incident wherein one of our guides tossed an unfortunate trainee (not me) the keys to the shuttle van and as a result we nearly lost them. Fortunately they bounced into the boat, as opposed to out, as shown here.
