Description
Quite a few people have asked me how I color my art, and even a couple people have suggested I make a tutorial soooo...here ya go. This is just a basic lesson in coloring for someone with beginner to intermediate skills in Photoshop (atleast that was the plan). I've never made a tutorial before and suggestions on how to improve it would be much appreciated. Enjoy ^^Related content

your technic is a little bit different from mine, i don't have such patience to make a lot of a layer.
i ussually use just one layer to color(color and shadow, sometimes highlight), and one for background.
your way is easier to do, you can edit color, shadows and light per layer.
but, for me, since i have a low spec computer [..damn], i'm avoiding to use a lot of layers.
many layer make your computer work harder.

yeah, that's understandable...
when my brother first taught me how to use photoshop he just said to make a layer for each new color, so that's more or less what I've always done.

*Remembers the whole night making a colouring that isn't half as good as this one, and takes much time*
