WIP of a 2 day long SpeedPaint. Interesting fact: Both my air conditioning and internet broke this morning. So what do I do? Paint for 3 hours. AC is still broken, but during that time the internet got fixeded Yay!
Today I am Grateful for:
Ice packs
Fans
Cold Drinks

I've been journaling daily for the past 4 months and part of that writing process has been to write 3 things I am grateful for each morning.

I'm going to share those three things along with a 20 min speed paint each morning Mon-Fri.(I decided to do a larger painting this morning. Spent close to 3 hours on it so far.)
This practice has benefited me artistically as well as emotionally. My hope is that by sharing this, you guys can feel some of those good vibes too
