Great to hear, I'm glad. The trick in life that never ends in helping us is knowing that our thoughts are what produces so much of our emotions. We have about 50,000 thoughts per day and of those 90% are the same thoughts we had the day before as we are all creatures of habit. The real shocking part is that the thoughts we have are 80% NEGATIVE! This can be great news to let us all know we must do a better job meditating, resting and relaxing at times and control what that inner voice inside us all is saying. Take charge and fight the negative thoughtsΒ and everything else gets better at the same time.
I hope this can be of value to you. REMEMBER this........our thoughts LIE to us everyday.
