Evolves into Scarade
Dex number 431 replacing Glameow
Dex: This nocturnal Pokemon was thought to be a Ghost Type for years before being proven to be a Normal Type. Their true appearance remains unknown but experts agree that the cause for this disguise is to mask its cute and weak appearance and in doing so ward off what would be predators. However this disguise many times simply trips Boogey leaving them barely less vulnerable than they would be without the sheet.

Obviously based on a ghost costume for Haloween. Theres not much too this guy which kind of concerned me at 1st but he grew on me. I may change how he looks but Im keeping the concept.
