My entry for Contest to make an evolution of an existing Pokemon. And I chose Muk. There was no real reason besides Muk is the coolest. The design was random but developed into a kind of globster. And I got him done just in time. The actual drawing didnt take me very long but I took a lot of time to decide on which Pokemon I wanted to do an evolution for.

I was considering doing a Torkoal evolution based on a factory named Factoise that would have smoke stacks on its back and be a Fire and Steel Type. But Im glad I chose to do this one because I absolutely love how he turned out and its a nice change of pace from the less than good Boogey I uploaded yesterday.

Gunk the Globster Pokemon
Poison Type
Dex: These Pokemon inhabit heavly poluted ocean waters. They commonly appear in nets or washed up on the shore when the seas are rough. Their mucus is 20 times as potent as that of Muk and has the power to poison to the touch and even cause mutations in some creatures. Using these Pokemon to smother the opponents Pokemon in battle has been dubbed inhumane and is banned in Pokemon League battles.

And you have to look pretty closely but he does have arms.

Looking back I probably should have done the evolution of a more attractive or appreciated Pokemon. But Muk doesnt get enough love . And not every Pokemon can be pretty.
