Ok, this is the final product on the Avril drawing. This was an interesting/fun drawing to do. I really liked the lighting and the pose. I did embellish the lighting a little bit from the original to make the tones more dramatic. Thank you to everyone that kept me motivated and commented on the WIP. I appreciated the support. I wasn't sure if I had the "avril look" at first but in the end I am pleased with the outcome. I think it does resemble her.11x14 Bristol Smooth

Oooh, it's finished! That is great, I love the hair at the top especially, it looks very real, and the eyes are gorgeous. Just a tiny critique though; the nose appears to get lost within the face. I love the contrast and smoothness of the whole thing though, excellent job!

Thanks, yeah you have a long time to practice until you are my age. I really wish I would have started when I was your age. I can't even imagine where I'd be right now with my drawings if I had. Keep drawing!!

Again this is a beautifully flawless image; one critique thought about the way you do hair though, the detail you put in is amazing and lovely but her hair and in the one you did of Kate, the hair seems to be a little 'clumpy?' The details near the top are nice but as we go down the hair it just seems to end in strips, maybe there aren't enough fly-aways there? One thing I would also suggest is just darkening up those lines that you draw down the hair to show up some more of the individual pieces.
That's all though, this really is amazing like the others!
