Just something quick I made that's probably gonna end up in scraps later. I got a random idea for a flag, and Photoshop was nearby, so why not. It's a slight modification of the Ecuador flag, mainly just changing the colors (to those of the Russian flag) and the coat of arms in the center (by putting St. George over the whole thing). Obviously heraldry is a complete disaster here, especially since there's a condor instead of the two-headed eagle, and also since there are fasces in the middle of the whole thing. The end result looks a bit like the Russian American Company's flag...
