I can't say a definite thing, but if it was in a size similar to that of the M-14, or any full-sized barrel, it could be nice. I mean, battle rifles have pretty long barrels, right?
Buuut, don't delete this. This should stay as a CQB variant of it.

I've got it, they use a carbine as their primary weapon. gonna make a special long battle rifle
