Description
You don't want this thing coming straight to you.
As promised, the PreProduction exam. As I said before, I'm not really happy with it. well, I'm more happy with it now.
In our group, there are around 30 students. Only 16 students actually showed up to show their exam. And some of those who showed up were... not that great. There were actually only 3 other drawings that I found were pretty neat. You could clearly see that some of them didn't even try (for example: only picking the first results on Google while looking for references, very crappy perspective, unfinished shading, not using the templates giving by the teachers,...).Β
Of course, we got some critique on our work as well. The critique I got was mostly what I already expected: Some perspective errors, especially on the engine most far away, the cockpit looks like it doesn't belong there and it doesn't appear to be floating. I also got told that even though I tried to make it look like it's moving with all the speed lines, smoke and dust, it doesn't appear to be moving. But luckily, we'll going to learn that next semester. Β The teachers liked the shading, though.
To give you a feeling to how big this thing is, an average-sized human is as big as the upper exhaust pipe.

They should give you an A just based on the fact there is no Jar-Jar in sight!
