It was on a walk with Keezheekoni when Orsu finally let out what had been gnawing away at him since the end of the Great Battle. He'd set his pace ahead of hers to avoid her expression.
"Do you ever feel like you're getting older?" A silence followed.

A part of him always expected to die young. But here he was, still living, and carrying with him an ever-growing desire to make something of himself. That he had made it this far, and that was a better chance than some wolves ever had.

He wasn't a pup anymore. He wasn't so much the one starting a fight, but the one breaking them up. He felt responsible for the safety of the other wolves in Riverfell with his role as a Senior Feather. And everything about that was strange; uncharted territory.
FINALLY FINISHING THIS UP. I started this at the start of the month and it only took 6 hours to complete lmao. Kick starting Orsu's arc for this year, maturing and growing up! What!!

Tried something new with the clouds and also a new brush for the bg. I hate the shading (except the colors) bc I have no idea how dynamic lighting and shapes work.

BTW IM WORKING ON REPLYING TO RPS i am big stupid and WORKING ON IT
