Horrifying sequel of "Keep calm and flutter on" episode.~
Was asked four times already, so,
horn is covered with hearts which are neutralizing Chryssy's power (reference to analogue Sombra's action from Crystal Empire episodes). It's work of Shining Armor and Cadence, they took part too.

You know... Given what we've seen, this actually seems a lot more plausible now.
- Twilight kept several books with "reformation spells" ('several', as in, more than one!) in her public library.
- Love Poison instructions easy enough so children can follow them.
- Starlight effortlessly mind-controlled the Mane 6 with spells she found in the castle's library - and not locked away somewhere in a restricted section for dark magic.
- When Starlight first reunited with Sunburst, the following exchange takes place: "It's not like there's a spell that would compell us to pick up where we left off". "Actually, there's several..." (It is Sunburst who lists of the spells.)
- Intrusion into one's dreams by the government (Luna), no privacy laws against it.
So... what do the Elements of Harmony / Rainbow Power actually do?
Somehow, I imagine a "human in Equestria" would have a freakout about this. Right, up until some helpful unicorn casts a "mind calming spell"......
