Horrifying sequel of "Keep calm and flutter on" episode.~
Was asked four times already, so,
horn is covered with hearts which are neutralizing Chryssy's power (reference to analogue Sombra's action from Crystal Empire episodes). It's work of Shining Armor and Cadence, they took part too.

But doesn't that mean that she has no longer free will, that she no longer has the choice between good and evil?

But it is just like the mirror version of a person brainwashed into only being evil and perfectly happy about it. Happiness no matter what you do can be a quite frigthening thought and good and bad actions lose a lot of their meaning if your are forced to do them.

The small problem is that kindness is a very vague concept that can very much change over time or between societies. What is considered kind in one group might be a horrible offense in another. The biggest problem however is the absolute death of free will. Animals are no longer allowed to eat other animals because that is EVIL and people that are (at worst) just jerks like Trixie, Angel and Gilda are forced to be always happy and smiling, likely completely breaking their minds and personalities.
Just look how unhappy the newcomers are before the brainwashing and the total destruction of their personality. The Changeling Queen is crying in desperation and I doubt Trixie did jump in with a big empty grin on her face.
You could even argue that it is for the best of the world if the Changeling Queen is stopped forever from hurting others. That the victims this could save are just more important then her own free will. That her murder or the destruction of her personality is the lesser evil. But why Angel, Trixie or Gilda? They are mostly harmless.

Time will tell who is who. Now it's more important to watch at more specific problems, such as forthcoming alicornation. To be honest, it's not a good idea in my mind, although many others like it.

This is actually horrifying in terms of intentions.
If I were to symbolize this to my view, I could say that the Mane 6 are a representation of the Brony Fandom and the villians are every other fandom being converted.
But, that's just my more personal thoughts about how I interpret this picture.
Either way, this is scary and hilarious.

Although you right about violent methods, but at first place (in my mind) is the fact that the personalities of villains must be destroyed to force them come to light side. Which means death of old theirs.
And yes, it's also important that goal is going to be reached with incredible brutality, from the evil viewpoint. You know, tortures with cider, fancy dress, talk in warm and friendly atmosphere etc.
