horn is covered with hearts which are neutralizing Chryssy's power (reference to analogue Sombra's action from Crystal Empire episodes). It's work of Shining Armor and Cadence, they took part too.

Yeah, I was wondering about the existence of "reformation spells". In fact, it was one of the things that confused me just as equally as Discord's seemingly abrupt, well, "reformation".
I mean - What do you need the Elements of Harmony for again? Why not just blatantly blast everypony who's acting out of line with a "reformation spell"?
...alright, alright, ethical issues. Using mind-altering magic would be immoral, and should be highly restricted.
