Description
Sliding rock light painting.neutral density filter + Maglight + digital red filter in post-process.
if you don't how look a sliding rock without the light paint special effect check [link] and [link]
Before my trip to the Death valley I said to myself that if i had to come back with just one shot, it had to be a light painting of a sliding rock.
This is THE shot I had in mind and wanted to do, I'm really glad I did
I thought a lot of this shot before to do it cause I knew that I would not have much time to do it. It had to be done at dusk to allow a long exposure, but before the night to still have details in the scene. Fortunately, the full moon helped me to bring details in the scene.
Hope you'll like it

I've seen shots of these stones before. I've always thought they were a pretty amazing phenomenon. I've never seen them used for such a great conceptual piece before though. Great job!

Really impressive!
When you plan the shot before and achieve exactly what you had in mind, then, the shot is perfect.
Great job, keep it up!
