The First Dragon War occurred in the Merethic Era. But because action of "CoV" takes place in the early years of Fourth Era (almost 200 years before Skyrim), dragons are not very important to the story

Yes, it's even one year before the eruption of Red Mountain. We started to work on previous version of "CoV" long before Skyrim was released.

in the Merethic Era Stabilises should be Stabilizes
I've seen Orc spelled both Orc and Ork, I'm not sure if one is more valid than the other, but the Tamriellic version (in the English version of the games at least) has always be Orc
Under Bretons Eccentrik is not spelled with a K but with a C pretty close. Eccentric, aye we Bretons are to say the least.
Under the Imperial section It's not so much an error I suppose, but generally when using Folk to define a people, it is in the single tense, Folks is generally used when addressing a crowd.
Mer is both Singular and Plural, so wherever you've used Mers you can shorten it back to Mer.
Now that that's done, great art as usual, and you're pretty spot on otherwise with your English so this many mistakes is a pretty big surprise.

Yeah, the biggest goofup is using K where C is supposed to be. I hear English is a tricky language if it's not your first, and even then us who speak it natively bugger it up a lot.

Still some text on there that needs correcting on 2nd panel, like orks should be orcs & eccentrik to be eccentric, 3rd panel on THIRD ERA it should be unites instead of units.

O rok za późno ale jednak prosiłaś. Dobra, napisze jak powinno być poprawnie:

Altmer - The Proud High Elves of Summerset Isle. Bosmer - The Wood Elves of Valenwood. Dunmer - The Cursed Elves of Morrowind [Dunmerowie nie są Ksenofobami. Nordowie są kesnofobami wobec Dunmerów]. Orsimer - The Wild Orks of Osinium.
Bretons - The Eccentrik folk of High Rock. Nords - The Tough and Hardy people of Skyrim. Redguards - The Dark-skinned people of Hammerfell, hailing from Yokuda. Imperials - The Rich Diplomats of Cyrodiil.
Argonians - The Lizard People of Argonia, The Black Marsh. Khajiit - The Cat Folk of Elsweyr.
First Era - Men fight Mer to rule over Tamriel, destroying the Mer ancestors - The Ayleids.
Second Era - The Human Empire of Cyrodiil starts the conquest of Tamriel.
Third Era - Tiber Septim united Tamrield under one banner, becoming the first Dragonborn Emperor.
