Garrus' voice does it for me, but I have to say that my heart was taken by Wrex (in the first game, since Kaidan was off-limits) and Legion in the second. I'm certain Legion has... attachments... that can be ribbed for your pleasure, and Wrex... c'mon, QUADS, baby... quads
