I'm the same! I remember looking through the extras in a Sonic game for the Gamecube and there was a section that showed some Sonic comic covers, and when I saw Julie- Su I fell in love with her design!! The echidnas are awesome

That's right I like all I love all the echidnas that exist in Sonic , it is Archie Comics or games ( Sonic Adventure , Sonic Chronicles ...) or in cartoons . ^^

Are you kidding??? It's amazing  What exactly weren't you happy with?

I have to know, what did you use to color this? Markers, water colors, or a mix of both? Either way, you should be proud of your work -- it's topnotch

By the way, have you ever considered submitting your work to the StH fan-art at Archie Comics? I really think they'd publish it & it'd be great to see your stuff in an issue  Think about it!

I wasn't happy with they eyes above all else... Not enough white left in the left eye methinks, but what can you do only learn from mistakes  

I used Promarkers, Spectrum Noir markers (like Promarkers except waaayyy better value! and I have them in different colours that I don't have in Promarkers) and I used a little bit of chalk for the blue tint on the glasses and the shine on the glasses, and I used a white Derwent drawing pencil to add a subtle bit of highlighting around the red parts of her hair, the pink bunched parts of her hair, a tiny bit on her face, and on her jacket and the frame of her glasses

 Hmmm... no I never did to be honest! I wouldn't even know where to send it! The comics aren't really available here in Ireland I found one or two by pure luck in a comic shop I frequent when I get the train to town, but never since :< You really think so? That'd be so cool!

Hmmm I don't really see it, but it's your piece; your perspective. And, you're right learning from your mistakes will help you progress even further!

If it does, I'll keep an eye out for that specific issue; buy a copy; then ship it all the way to Ireland to your mailbox! I'm sure it wouldn't cost much since it'd fit perfectly in a large envelope size package!

Unfortunately, their website's not much help all it's for is to purchase items; haven't found anything on submitting fan-art. But, don't worry when my next issue arrives in the mail, it should explain how to get it done! I'll keep you posted!
