Well, I think the colors looks just brilliant girl ! XD you must have a hell lot of markers though eh? XD to do the backrounds and all ! and it doesnt look like, yano how when you color somthing in marker and it gives different shades? does that make sense lol XP it looks perfect x3
I love it girl! and your very welcome ^^Β

Thank you so much! ^_^ I borrowed my mam's markers they're the spectrum noir ones I mentioned!
My mam makes cards for people so she got lots of markers to colour in images that she stamps!
Β
Yeah! Do y mean like when you colour and it leaves a kind of uneven tone? ( a little like my background but i kind of liked that! It can add a bit of interest sometimes! But for skin and stuff you definitely don't want that! XD
Thank you so much again! ^.^Β

awh wow so your mam is creative too then :3 how awesome !!
oh no no not like any of your work.. O.O i was refering more to my own, like for example my sonic with the emerald pic, you can see that his body color isnt as smooth as how you color yours, how do u manage that.. xPOh yes yes i agree with u there with the tones, its great for backrounds but not for skin xP aint got nooo time foh that xP sadly it happens to my stuff quite abit lol

:3 Yeah, she rocks! XD We get on so well!
Hey! I know you weren't trying to offend! Relax :3 I'm just saying it happens to me too! I used to get it a lot with pictures! The key is to saturate the paper! So use little circular motions when you colour or just keep going over it all. It uses up a fair bit of ink, which is why I usually work small when I know I'm gonna colour in marker Β
Lol! Awh, don't worry, it's just a case of using lots of ink or working a little smaller

heh thanks but i never see it in your pieces! Its forevering happening to me! ahh yes yes, but if you keep going over it wouldn't it turn out darker? and how are u meanto shade it haha XD i bet it does !! some of my pro's are nearly wasted
i need to buy more tomorrow!
Im thinkin im best off using the markers in some bits of an image then coloring pencils for the rest! It will save me wasting my markers lol
ill keep that in mind ^^ thank u m'dear :3

Really? Maybe that's the scanner being nice when it feels like it! *shakes fist at scanner*Β Β but I notice it a good bit and then it's a pain to go over it so often! XD
Only sometimes! If you keep going over it without letting it dry completely first it should be ok! Practice on a scrap piece of paper first and if it turns out darker than ou want it too then try the same thing with a lighter shade! And then you can shade it with a darker shade of the colour or you could try to shade using a different colour too! Like for pink hair you could try a purple shadow or brown skin you could try a reddish colour!
Β
I hate when that happens! A few of my markers are dying a slow death... so expensive to replace!! XoΒ
That's a good idea! I mix media to save ink too so if I have a background I'll usually colour it with chalk cos it goes far and you can layer colour too! Β
You're welcome! =^-^=

Puuuhhleeasse!! i bet it looks even more amazing in person (in person..hmm thats right aint it? or is it , to see it up close for realz? xP)Β
anyway! my scanner always makes my images waaaay to bright ! O.O' its like ermagerh.. and it can be a pain sometimes, like in the Autumny sally pic i done i colored the backround, and i didnt even color it lightly! but my scanner just decided it was barely there xP
oooh i get ya! yeh i know what u mwean! like with coloring pencils you can use reds and browns and even oranges for skin shading ect but when it comes to markers i get so scared to try it yano? i think its because of how bold they are, and im afraid it will look off. but i will give it a go one of the days!
WAAH i knoow... its so sad
i cant believe mine are almost wasted already ! i only got em like.. hmm, a lil over a month a go
Ooooh now thats clever! Chalk eh? not a bad idea! i have tonnes of chalk and stuff in my press from 6th year ! we got loads off our teacher ! ha she was awesome! ^-^ myt try that too :3 it'd be allot less painful than using a marker or pencil xP

lol! It's ok in person! My scanner can either make things a lot better or a lot worse! XD
My scanner makes things appear lighter and yet duller at the same time! ^-^' stupih scanners!!! XD
I know how you feel! There's something scarier about the permanence of markers! XD
It's so sad when they waste in the middle of something!!! Xo It's like they just decide to go on strike when you need them most! ^0^
ooh! You lucky thing! We got nothing really! XD But yeah, marker goes a lot further than pencil! And you can use some cotton wool to spread it around without getting the grain of the paper Β

My scanner is just.. weird.. makes everything way to bright sometimes xP and makes things more visible, like when i look at a drawing in my hand id never notice half the things my scanner picks up xP im like, dear god did i mess up the coloring that much DX
Definitely something about them that makes them scary O.o' think its the strong color or something lolΒ
Its heartbreaking.. i hear the "no no nooooo.." voice in my head when i see the marker loosing it's color.. its so sad indeed! Yeh exactly !! ha! so unfair! Dx
true!! marker does take less time than a pencil, its just the wasting bit i'd be afraid of xPΒ
Oooh thats clever!! ill keep that in mind ^^ thank u

Ahhh!!!! Scanners can be a cruel cruel friend sometimes! :< I get that too Β
Haha! Then all that's left to do is fall to your knees in slow motion as you shout "WHHHYYYYYY?"Β
Β
We need a never ending supply of ink! I remember using promarkers for the art poster I did in 6th year for the Leaving Cert... It was great and fast and convenient ... until they started to run out! I barely made it with that one!Β Β
You're welcomeΒ

Me, I've known her for quite a while now. In fact, I've known her since her debut in Sonic SatAM back in 1994. Yes, it goes that far back. In her first appearance, she was voiced by Shari Belafonte. She has a wonderful voice. But sadly, Lupe is one of those characters who is often pushed aside and left in the background. She and her team, the Wolfpack, still continue to appear in the comics today. But that doesn't change the sad truth that they're just characters in the background who serve absolutely no purpose in any of their appearances. And frankly, I always believed there was more to the Wolfpack. I believe that they can be more than just mere characters in the background even though not many people care about them that much. I mean they've been Sonic's allies for quite some time now. And you'd think that after all this time, Archie Comics would make an effort to shed some light on them. But regardless, Lupe remains one of my favorite anthro girls.

Wow! You really know your stuff! ^-^ I live in Ireland so unfortunately I don't have a great exposure to the comics, as they're not widely available over here but I got the Sonic Comic Encyclopedia and read about them there, and I have to say that the page about them just drew me in immediately! I love wolves anyway but I really loved how strong a female character Lupe seemed from what I read! It's sad that she doesn't get that much exposure as the interesting character she is, along with the Wolfpack. They seem like an altogether awesome community within the Sonic universe!Β

Yes. I've known Sonic since the beginning. But putting that aside, I always wanted to see Lupe get her break. Because I know that there's more to her than just merely being part of the background. And based on what I remember, Lupe has an interesting backstory. Although it was NEVER explored or developed, I remember vividly how she explained her story in SatAM. And apparently, Lupe stated that her village was attacked by Robotic's (now Eggman) machine army, and that large numbers of her people were roboticized and enslaved. And what's most interesting about Lupe's story is that she was said to have a father, whose name was never given. In fact, her father only appeared briefly in a flashback scene, and that's it. We're never told who he is, what his name is, or what significance he had in the flashback. I always assumed that he was the original pack leader before Lupe took over. And I always thought Lupe deserved to have some attention and importance. I mean heck, she could even have her own comics. So that way we get to know more about her side of the story. And that would also be the best way for the Wolfpack to have some development and importance. It was said that she values her team as family. So in my point of view, she may consider younger members as her adopted children. And believe it or not, but I think Drago (the ex-Wolfpack member) would be the perfect rival for Lupe. Basically what I'm saying is Lupe and the Wolfpack deserve better treatment than they've been getting all these years. Oh, and I love wolves two. I think they're awesome.

Wow! You've got a comic right there! I agree! I would really love to see a comic like that!
Sweet! There's too many people out there who think wolves are the spawn of Satan! I saw one guy on a documentary saying that he thinks wolves are evil because they attack animals stomachs when they hunt larger prey :l Then he went on to say how he'd love to kill every wolf alive with bullets, knives, even dynamite :l .... I think we can see who's really evil here ...Β
But back to Lupe! Despite not reading too much I would agree with your view about her adopting younger members! And that just goes to show the mother wolf mentality of Lupe which is certainly another thing about her that interests me! She's loyal, caring and kick-ass and if that kind of character doesn't deserve a full backstory then I don't know many others that do!
