Basically, Pollinationtech#9 has made Johnny scale the Curious brother's house to get to the signal spires (because Johnny crashed the ship; they got no way home as it's such a long drive down the street ), so the "Beep, Beep" is morsecode to Jill in her room XD

Oh, if ya can't tell, in the last panel, that's Pascal Curious whose water just broke XD Poor pregnant dude...
