"Ya know, I never cared much for those,""Too fanciful..." she murmured; fingers flicking against the corregated tab...she hated it; the pristine sheen just made her fingers growl under its' expectant glow.
"Nah; not even close," his nostrils flared against her neck; causing her to own to almost choke against the sly wisp of engine oil and diesel "See; it's just expected." He pushed against her fingers--sending the princess back from the sharp, stuck grip of the knight, to the ogre's firm, fleshy grasp "But, I always had to scoff...I mean, how come nobody ever asked them?"
Her orbs flickered anew,
"I mean," his voice drawled against her recently blasted drums "Nobody ever takes the time of day to just...walk the princess over the bridge; ask her what she wanted to do to forget the day..." mandarin glass cracked curiously against the sight of the pointy-eared devil beside her "And likewise...nobody cares asks the monster what he really hoped to gain just by looking at her...never mind stealing her."
"People can be like magpies."
"One overgrown bout of shiny novelty,"
"And boom,"
"Right to stereotype."
(Piper/Stork...because it's subtle.

I really like this pairing. It's not my favourite, as you know, but it really works out. :3 And it's quite interesting as well, because a cowardly man and a brave girl pairing is just so cool. The guy isn't that strong most of the time and would rather just run off, while the girl keeps on fighting 'till the end. It's just so appealing!
And Piper's pose is really sweet. Gives a kiddish feel to it, but at the same time, she gives off a feeling that she knows what everything is about and that she isn't just a cute face.
Stork's expression is very attractive; you can feel that he has his doubts over some things.

tried to manipulate the expressions to compliment the nature of the relationship: They're 'thinkers' ya know? Ponderers in every sense fo the word--often looking to the pessimistic side because sometimes, that's the only one that's glaring you in the face--that and kinda commenting on "breaking the cliche fairy-story" fates people seem to make up for these two; nobody ever considers that the "monster" (Stork) may just be the knight in shining armour that the "princess" (Piper) Wants to choose, ya know?
