839PF Governor Hikaris the builder ordered the razing of the slums so that a new city might be built.
It took thirty years to build that new city along with the two new city walls and Hikaris died five years before its completion but his street plan remains nearly unchanged to this day. The Merchants ward as it came to be called is the largest section if the city, it is the bustling heart of the port.

It was pointed out that the bigger map was 'too damn big' So I have sectioned it off into the different wards of the city so that its a more manageable size.
