Description The setting for the majority of my D&D campaigns, the majority of my smaller maps and cities are marked.

'The Empire of man spanned a thousand years and dominated the continent of Eremor, at its height the empire had settlements across the known world from the frozen steppes of the far north to the steaming jungles of Jasra and even a foothold on the eastern shores of the wild lands of Acara.
But then a ship arrived at the capital of Istariel, the gleaming city of a thousand spires. The ship carried explorers fresh from exploring the deep jungles of Jasra, they brought with them a vast wealth of treasure, and death.
The plague spread like wildfire, made worse because the disease showed little symptoms in the first weeks of the infection. In the end those few cities that survived the plague did so by sealing themselves off from the rest of the empire.
By the time the plague finally claimed its last victims the heart of the empire was little more than an open grave haunted by the restless dead, the surviving fragments of the old empire separated by time and distance splintered into a thousand pieces never to be reforged.'
