I'll critique here, since I don't have a premium membership
First off, I'd like to say this is a nice and pleasant, simple but elegant type of piece. It shows tons of potential but maybe not enough attention to detail in places, or rather, too much detail in places because you used photos instead of drawing, or used photos that had too much fine detail. Sometimes it works well, but because the woman isn't the same way, it looks odd in places. On the other hand, I think you did a wonderful job making it look airy, light and translucent. Except the noiselike texture, the bottom looks great, but for the top, I feel like it wasn't distorted enough. I mean, you have lovely ripples underneath it, but it because it's a pattern, it doesn't really look like the design moves with the fabric. Maybe you could play around it with the liquify tool, to add a bit of movement in the fabric? However, because the bottom doesn't have the pattern show up as much, it isn't as noticeable, but when I look at it more closely, I can see that you probably used a similar technique with it.
As for the background, part of me is a bit bothered by the purple, part of me says that because of how it's rather plain, it really focuses my attention on the woman, which is where it should be, And her hair looks absolutely fantastic with it. It looks extremely realistic and amazingly done, kudos for that. I really love how you captured the waves in it and it I love how it looks like it's flowing with the sari. As for her body, maybe add a bit more contrast to the breast that's more directly facing the front and a tiny bit on the shoulder to round it a bit more.
Overall, lovely job, I really like this piece
