It feels like a very bittersweet romance. Maybe I'm just morbid, but this sort of feels like she's waiting to die so she can be with her loved one again.
Don't get me wrong, it's very well drawn, but that's the feeling I get when I look at this.

ohgad. those curls <3 this is absolutely beautiful, i really love the soft intensity of her face, and all the muted yet seemingly vibrant colors that are all around her. Simply AWESOME work with her hands, i really cant stop staring at how gently they seem to rest on the picture frame.
