A cute, somewhat spoopy Umbeon that glows for and for 's Halloween Poke-Swap.Wanted to animate for a bit cause Inktober has been actually very draining on me. :'D BUT I'm still alive and well! Just using DA for more fan stuff than original stuff.

I had fun doing this and drawing Umbreon. I should've made it shiny but I felt like the blue would've been lost with the dark colors as it is.---
