Element Use:

Rexslet’s multipipe works on a roulette basis, meaning he cannot control what effects take place. The element Bedlam generates chaos and confusion for anyone on the field of battle. Currently four outcomes are possible and would occur at random, each an effect brought on by the clouds of noxious smoke from Rexslet’s pipe. They are as follows:

1. Hallucination. Everyone shares a mass hallucination that the field is like an M.C. Escher painting. Everything looks warped creating a confusing battlefield.

2. Memory loss. The opponent forgets where they are and what they were doing temporarily. This effect is weak and any blatant reminders will immediately break the spell. For example if the opponent forgets they are in a battle, if they get hit they will immediately remember that they were fighting.

3. The multipipe backfires, damaging Rexslet.
4. Voices in your head. A thick blinding smoke is emitted, voices and other auditory hallucinations harass the victim, making it difficult for them to listen for approaching enemies that might sneak up on them in the fog.

The effects last 1 minute on their own while the smoke clears. The smoke field covers about a (10 ft x 10ft) area.

When Rexslet uses his element without his pipe he can only affect one person, he has to make eye contact to draw someone into the madness, when he uses his power sans pipe the effects last the same amount of time, being One minute.

Homeworld: Treasure Planet

Personality: Rexslet is a wisecracking chatterbox who just wants to have a good time, though he is slightly paranoid and prone to detaching from reality himself. He's also pretty lazy and would rather chill on the couch than do a job but will liven up if something sparks his curiosity.

Backstory: Rexslet started life as the heir to the throne of an alien race, which has naturally occurring tattoo-like markings on their skin that denotes social standing. His double beauty marks are a symbol of his high social standing. He’s of the same species as Pterrux. His memory was wiped in an accident with alien technology before his world was consumed by darkness leaving him with no idea who or what he even is.

Fun Facts:
-He has a stutter that he worked to get over when he was younger but it comes out in high-stress situations.
-He’s allergic to animals and gets hives or watery eyes if there’s FUR around
- He likes soft things like sweaters and piles of blankets
- He is from the same alien race as Pterrux
