there's a really good documentary out there about the moon landing... but I forgt what that one's called... as for this video, this is a short spoof film about the moon landing hoax.. it's really funny.... almost exactly like your deviation...

From a humerous standpoint, this thing kicks ass lol, but it's bull crap cause if they used the 'different angled shadows' thing, then the poeple would be casting 2 shadows, not 1. Sorry bout that just kind of annoys me. It's good!

GR3G0R In reply to Genesis-Orbit [2005-11-27 05:11:24 +0000 UTC]

Oh yeah, that's true. But I also believe that it's because the sun (light source) is so big for the moon. I don't know how to explain, hopefully you know what I mean though

oh and thanks

Genesis-Orbit In reply to GR3G0R [2005-11-27 06:05:20 +0000 UTC]

Possibly, maybe it was just the equipment they used, back then it probably wasn't the top of the line filming, espicially if they used it in space, some things probably didn't look all that realisitc. Who knows lol, I think it's best not thinking about it personally, politics sucks

GR3G0R In reply to Genesis-Orbit [2005-11-27 06:09:55 +0000 UTC]

Possibly possibly
But I doubt a camera (however old) could change so much, espeicially angles of shadows. But I'm sure there's reasonable scientific reasons for most accusations

I remember I saw this mocumentary about the moon landing. The producers actually got some rather high-up government officials to say on camera that it was all faked. In reality, its most likely that they did fake the moon landing, but we will always remain none the wiser.

So there isn't really a moon? Its jus one big conspiracy to confus us all? Awn . great work.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

GR3G0R In reply to linux-for-life [2005-11-26 09:53:16 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, the moon is actually the light from a spotlight shown from America, and you can see it because the light hits the dust particles in the far distance, and it looks like a spherical moon.

And the 'moon' in the sky changes to half-moons and full-moons because that's just people walking past the spotlight very slowly and leaving a shadow behind

I have a GIF of someone doing something similar. It looks like the real first landing from the 60's and it sayd "live from the moon" and everything. But then this big light falls down and you see all these people in regular clothesrush over there to pick up the peices that have fallen.
Yours is awesome too though!

it is true you know.there a lot of reasons that prove the first-man-on-da-moon was fake
too bad i don't remember them all

i like the emote

👍: 0 ⏩: 2

GR3G0R In reply to mixlas [2005-11-26 08:56:30 +0000 UTC]

yeah, although most of the reasons have been prooved to be false.
I don't really care though, I think it makes things more interesting to believe it was a conspiracy

Raephire In reply to mixlas [2005-11-26 08:47:30 +0000 UTC]

And then you have scientists determining exact distances of stars and the projection of asteroids by seeing their 'shadows' pass in front of stars. I don't buy that for a second. The only way we can determine all that is if we TRIANGULATE an area in 3d space, which requires 4 points to be occupied. So unless we have some help from external sources there is no way our scientists and astronomers can be getting this information.
