Description
First I did a quick sketch of the scene which you can see here: [link]Then I worked over it in photoshop, starting with the grass, then the cliff edge, then the little person running, then the balloon basket, then the person in the balloon basket, then the actual balloon, and then the smaller details (e.g. clouds, shadows).
Altogether it took me about 3 hours -ish.

You can really feel the emotion coming from the two white ... things (which remind me of the little mushroom bobblehead things from princess mononoke by the by).
Very touching. I like the vector style a lot and you've managed to do a great job with avoiding a flat feeling that usually results from it. Much kudoes.
(and the sketch itself is quite good as well, I might add.) :-D
