@HGDeviato , I had something similar with other theme before update my patcher, I was using UxStyle version 0.2.2.0, then I updated to version UxStyle 0.2.3.0.. uxstyle.com/ Β  and all themes I've been trying since are loading fine... this one is working fine aswell.
I am using Windows Pro x64.

Also I'd suggest you to load windows default and reboot after install the new patch, after that you try to apply the new theme.

Using *Windows 8 Pro x64*, and I'd suggest you to load *Windows default theme*. (so many typos.. sorry.)

It work for applications, but not for file explorer, it may be, because I have windows 8 in Italian?

It's not working for me but is a great theme I love dark themes for windows; always used them on Win7 but now that I have Win 8 themes doesn't work.

Try this patch: uxstyle.com/ For Windows 8 and later (0.2.3.0), install it, reboot and try to apply this theme. (if you have a different one already intalled.. uninstall first, and create a restore point.)

Really excellent VS! I know that you suggested that we disable the ribbon...but for those of us who like the ribbon, would it be possible to make it dark?
I love the difference between an active and inactive window by the way. Subtle but effective.

i think there is a way to theme the ribbon but need to edit some .dlls which make users risk if they replace .dlls.
