Description
I was in the perfect frame of mind this weekend to draw the next installment of my RED Series. Call it 'rage therapy' if you will. My Sharpie pen felt the full extent of my horrid weekend drama and wrath.Combo of Fine Sharpie Pen and Ultra Fine Sharpies, took about 6 hours. Comments and feedback are appreciated, thanks!
The first three in my RED Series:

Really love the house/cabin in the far background. Love the touches of blue as well.

Thanks! I always have a lot of fun drawing the little background bits. Had to add the blue, bc the water/ground definition was too hard to distinguish.

The opposition between the foreground and the mosaic red shapes is very interesting on this piece. Good job!

Thank you! It was for two reasons. 1-for the striking effect and 2-as a nod to the first piece in the series that has the tentacles coming up out of the lake.

I dream it, I draw it, lol! The original piece, 'The Red' was based on the Chevelle song of the same name and Edgar Allan Poe's 'Masque of the Red Death'. The pieces after it were either dreamt or daydreamed. Number 5 is in the works, and a hint for it is in 'Aftermath - The Red 3'.
Really appreciate the faves and support!
