Description
This months theme for the little contest run by the 3D Scu-Fi Renders group on facebook is blueprints, technical drawings, information sheets, exploded views etc.Something I've never done before, so here is my first attempt. RustytheOnes ED-209 model.

How can you get an iconic robot like this done wrong in a film?

I really enjoyed seeing this thing in Robocop. It always seemed like a pretty intimidating design, although I had some questions even on the first viewing. First of all, why didn't they make this thing so it could go down a normal flight of stairs? And second- why the @^%# does OCP keep putting live ammo into their prototypes?

Simple - they didn't care if it worked - all they wanted was the contract signed and billions spend on supplied, upgrades, and repair work.
So it cannot walk down stairs? Easy, give us megabucks to solve the problem - ergo, money made.

I remember all that very well....I love the original Robocop, not that remake that just came out a few years ago (I refuse to watch it).

It wasn't a bad film. But it also was not Robocop.

Which is why I won't watch it...I'd rather watch the original movies then the remakes. I also never likes the 2 sequels, they're just horrible excuses for movies.

Although there are a few movies that have sequels that are awesome, like Terminator 2 and 3.
