I based the heads' design on the original King Ghidorah from the '60s.

They didn't have lion-like manes, though. Horns are good, but it still doesn't really match the reference. Just saying. Still a good picture overall.

Yeah, I did play up the manes - like Godzilla's ears (not included in this picture, I was going more for the Legendary Godzilla), Ghidorah's mane is a feature of his that I like and emphasize more than the original design. (The manes are there, but much much smaller than how I depicted them.) I think the manes help him stand out from other dragons more.
