I figured May would seem like more ideal for Penelope Pitstop

I would agree, excspt she's nowhere near as clever. I'd have said Pearl would be the best out of all our cast.

I definitely remember this one! Great job all around casting wise too!
Cedric'll have to pull out all the stops to outperform the great Paul Lynde in that role.

Don't think I've seen too many episodes of Penelope Pitstop, but brilliant casting here.

It's so funny and darned silly - a p-take of those old b&w melodrama films before talkies.

I'm always refered to as 'The Man' - which I always find amusing - I recall Dara O'Brynn's routine about being 'The Man' to a child on a train.

'You will do as your mother says! For I-AM-THE-MAN!!!!!' I've been called a lady as well which is puzzling - as well as my wimmins who have sometimes been called 'the man' or 'the boy' - no wonder I'm so flipped-up.

Fab work as always, mate. Though I'm not sure Cedric would like having TWO Arthurs to botch up! Still, any excuse to put Stan in a suit

May would be more girly as Penny though, but April works too. Be funny if they all acted as the characters they were playing - badly.

It's an old Hanna Barbera cartoon - a spin-off 'Wacky Races' You must have heard of that one!

I thought the spin-offs were much better than Wacky Races - this and 'STOP THE PIGEON!!!' Penny was prettier in her own series too

Yeah, I loved the spin-offs better than Wacky Races actually. They were better drawn at any rate.

can you believe she was a size 9!?.... by modern standards thats considered FAT...but in the show they referd to her as " a slender size 9"

Which episode wasthat in? I've got them all and I don't recall that. I wouldn't consider size 9 fat, but I'm a bloke so I know very little of wimmins' sizes (aprt from 12 being about average?)
