It looks like you have a secret - maybe a secret pain, or a secret joy - which you cannot share but are trying to make the viewer understand, just by your eyes, and stance, and hands. A plea for understanding, a plea to be seen, and heard, and accepted. A plea not to be ignored.
...But that's just my interpretation. Well done!

Perhaps you don't need to use words to talk to people about yourself. This photo is so powerfully emotional, communicative, that I feel like I know a little bit about you just because of it. Not much, but a tiny bit, like you've shared a bit of your heart and soul in the taking of this photo.

The way you made the fabric stand out on the inside and look realistic is beautiful, he's such and interesting character, something mysterious about him - it makes you want to know more.

It's beautiful, not in a normal, every-day way,
I'm not easily struck by self-portraits, most of the time I find them pretty and lovely to look at,
but, you might not have had the intention behind it,
this looks stronger and I think it could make people think.

Were you super buff at some point and then stopped working out so now your veins pop out, or are you just naturally vascular?
Anyway, reading the comments here, I've learned chicks seem to dig the vascular look. Also I think there's a penis joke in there somewhere.

Actually no haha I'm actually quite skinny and I'm only 17 so I can't say I've worked out that much, I've just always had popped veins like this
