An attempt to combine the Republic of China/Taiwan Sun with the Beiyang Government "Five Races Under One Nation" banner. You can probably see what's problematic about it...

The stripes of the Beiyang flag represented the 5 major peoples of China—the Han, Manchu, Mongols, Tibetans, and either the Hui or Zhuang, though I'd have to look up what stripe corresponds to which. The problem is that the bottom two stripes are longer on this flag, which could indicate ethnic superiority.

Thanks for the clarification!  So, Hui and Tibetan supremacy. Yeah, that's why I created the other flag. I think both are stupid now, though.
